Hey Newengldkid,

The payment processing company recently closed down their system, so that's thrown up a whole bunch of errors into the website side of the game. Last I had spoken with them, they were going to refund all of our subscribers for the last charge before closing down for good. I'll call them and see if they can verify that your account was credited.

As for moving forward, right now I'm working on removing all of our parts of code that use the payment provider and slowing removing them, but it's kind of a slow, and somewhat dangerous job (I don't want to bring the whole system down). Hopefully I can get everything sorted out soon.

Jeff

Jeff,

This a great game. Some bugs here and there, but constantly interesting. My brother and I have played 20+ games, and still find it challenging, as we try new strategies.

Be well, and sorry for complaining earlier.

Best Regards,

Robert Banford

Having a BIG problem with the math calcs on our 2v2. Our opponents took out a 40 some person unit and it shows 1700+ casualties in Baltimore. An 80 some person unit in Carlisle shows 1200+ casualties. We can't possibly compete if all of the hard planning and work gets us spanked by math errors. If we look at the units destroyed there is no way it should add up to 3000+ casualties when the units taken out were no bigger than 200 total or so.

Smile casualties

I was not involved with that engagement, so I don't know.
there are a lot of factors.

who had the initiative, and in what kind of terrain? what were the effective and morale rates. Was there a sequence of actions. what commands were issued

what I know is that yesterdays move took place on a hot evening

I'm guessing that NEK's morale rate was near 100% and effective rate well over 80%. I'm also guessing NEK chose a resolute defense command if he could.
from the amount of marching I have done chasing ya'll I'm pretty certain your effective rate is lower than 75% in many brigades.

Harrisburg will not be taken and you are desperate to stop the declining victory ratio. I have only played you once but you were probably the aggressor trying to maintain the initiative. I can't see any actions around three sides of Baltimore. so it must have taken place in the NE corner. I can't even guess where your entire command is but I'm thinking your 20+ K man corp is scattered between Alexandria and baltimore , as I believe Old B has about the same in front me. Good luck gentlemen.....this is a nail biter always fun.
