Default ...the fox and the farmer....

....My shocked and weary union troops search the rubble that is now washington for the dastardly csa troops that so rudely visited there and snatched victory from myself and my unfortunate partner. Oh, the fox and the farmer have delivered a most humiliating and grievous blow to the union in what can only be described as unique campaign that will garner them with glory back south!!!
My only consolation was the stellar play of commander hannibal, my partner, who steadfastly harassed the csa and prevented a even more grisly disaster from unfolding!!!
my lamentations and misery will be long felt!! excellent game gentleman!!

....but wait....it appears there will be no csa survivors to tell of the tale of washingtons fall?? thus the age old adage::: if washington falls and there is no survivors left to tell of it, did washington every really fall at all????

Pearing over my trenches looking at destroyed houses and once was a beautiful capital the answer is yes the capital fell to my rebel hordes. There might not be many of my boys left but I have given the yanks a horriable defeat in DC to which they will not easily forget nor easily rid my remaining forces. Good game
